A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting
assembled, enacts as follows:

1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. oe
2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1994, No. 2917".

2. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more
particularly described as:

Lot 21 Lot 22
District Lot 174 District Lot 174

Group One Group One
Plan 19890 Plan 19896

New Westminster District New Westminster District

are hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM-4 (Apartment) and the Zoning
Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect

this rezoning.

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Lith day of July, 1994.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 11th day of July, 1994.
