yi Ratunies 2 (singularly a "Service Corridor" and collectively, the Corridors") within the Municipality; and (d) The Municipality is willing to permit the use of Service Corridors where in its judgment such use will not interfere with its own service requirements and use of the streets including the consideration of the economy and safety and any rights or privileges previously conferred or hereafter conferred by the Municipality by contract or otherwise to others not parties to this Agreement to use any of the Service Corridors; NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10) paid by each of the parties to the others and of the premises mutual covenants herein contained, the Municipality and the Company each agree with each other as follows: “ 1.
