ECOMMENPBATION:

That a lawn basin and lead be installed in the boulevard in front of 1758
Windermere Avenue at a cost of $5,000.

That $5,000 be allocated from the Special Public Works Capital Reserve for this
Purpose, 7

At present there is an open ditch in front of 1758 Windermere Avenue with culvert crossings. In
the past, the culverts have been plugged and flooding was experienced in the basement of 1758
Windermere Avenue.

The Public Works Committee recommends that Council approve the expenditure of $5,000 for
ue omustallation of a :awn-basin and lead complete with swale work at an estimated cost of
$,000.
