Offers may be made subject to the rezoning of the property to an RS-2 Small Lot Residential zoning designation. Offers should clearly state whether or not they are subject to rezoning. If subject to rezoning the time for payment of the balance of the purchase price, as specified in paragraph 1(c), shall be extended until 15 days after a zoning amendment bylaw for the property has been adopted. This time limit may be extended by mutual consent. If the property is not rezoned before August 13th, 1993, (extendable by mutual consent) the sale agreement shall be terminated and all money paid shall be refunded without interest.
