NTA Order is 990—R-666. dated November 16, 1990 authorized roadway widening at this crossing. In conjunction with the roadway widening, cantilever. signals and constant warning time devices were. stalled as an acidition to the existing short arm gates. These works have now been completed. The westward operating approach circuits are now | installed to provide for a design speed 40. miles per hour. Paragraph 2 of BTC Order 95056 dated July 31, 1958 restricts approaching westward movements to 15 mile es per hour within 500. feet of the crossing.
