Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Community Planning; Issuance of a Development Permit; 3. Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks Superintendent; and 4, Amendment of the Official Community Plan to include the entire subject site in Development Permit Area I. AND THAT staff prepare the necessary draft bylaw amendments to Zoning Bylaw No. 2240 and Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 2162. .* to BACKGROUND : The subject property is currently under application to be subdivided from a larger parcel. It is located west of the Kingsway/Mary Hill Bypass intersection. Portions of the subject site along Kingsway and Mary Hill Bypass are zoned M~1 while the remainder is zonei M-2. The application is to rezone the M-2 portions of the subject site to M-1 in order to accommodate a major food warehouse and distributor. Engineering: The Engineering Department has no comments with respect to this application. They indicate that their concerns will be addressed at the subdivision stage. Note: Subdivision of the original parcel is in progress.
