Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Keryluk: That Counil authorize the Clerk and Mayor to endorse an encroachment agreement for Parcel, Lot A, Block 27, plan 1213, permitting a canopy to encroach over Shaughnessy Street, and Whyte Avenue and to regularize a small encroachment over the lane beside Leigh Square.
