Development Variance Permit No. 15/88 for 3076-88 Flint Street.

Seconded by Alderman Talbot:

That City Council direct the Clerk's office to notify surrounding
neighbors of this variance application.

And that City Council adopt a resolution granting a variance to the
requirements of the Zoning Bylaw No. 2240, Section 502 Subsection (3) Clause

(b) to permit a trellis covered walkway extend 1.5 metres (5 feet) into a
required front yard.

Development Variance Permit No. 26/88 for 1870 Harbour Street.

That City Council direct the Clerk's office to notify surrounding
neighbors of this application.

And that at a subsequent meeting Council adopt a resolution issuing a
development variance permit to Lots 2 and 3, D.L. 232 NWLD Plan 6269 waiving
requirements of the Subdivision Servicing Bylaw Sections 407 and 408,
requiring service installation.

Encroachment Agreement for 2552 Shaughnessy Street ~ Europe Bakery.

That Counil authorize the Clerk and Mayor to endorse an encroachment

agreement for Parcel, Lot A, Block 27, plan 1213, permitting a canopy to
encroach over Shaughnessy Street, and Whyte Avenue and to regularize a small
encroachment over the lane beside Leigh Square.
