Section 6

In the case of a lay-off due to a reduction in staff,

a laid-off employee having ten £10) or more calendar
years of service, shall receive severance pay consisting
of two (2) days pay for each year of service.

ARTICLE X-EMPLOYEE BENEFITS

Each emptoyee covered by this agreement shall be

credited annually with four (4) working days for
each year of service, or, for part of the year,

credit of one (1) working day for each three (3)
months of service, to a maximum lifetime benefit
of seventy-two (72) working. days,

termination of employment, outstanding gratuity
