be and the same is hereby sold to Evans Developments Ltd.,780 Prairie
Avenue, Port Coquitiam, B.C., for the sum of $5,198.00;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to
execute the necessary documents aforesaid and to affix the corporate
seal of the City thereto.
