OFFER OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

The City of Port Coquitlam (herein called the "City") has
been selected to participate in the "Energy Efficient Housing
Renovation and Energy Information Centre Demonstration Program"
which has been approved for funding under the above Agreement and,
on the basis of the project overview and letter of intent issued
to the City, the City is offered upon and subject to the following

terms and conditions, funding in an amount not exceeding $63,250

(herein called the "Funding" )

The aforesaid program is administered by the Joint Hianagement
Committee (herein called the "Committee") and is jointly funded by
Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of British Columbia
(herein called the "Province"), represented by the Minister of
Eneroy, Mines and Petroleum Resources, and Yer Majesty the Queen
in right of Canada (herein called "“Canada"), represented py the

Minister of En rgsy, Mines and Resources.

MENDATION:

€ Hayor and City Clerk be authorized on behalt of

Coquitlam to execute the Agreement between the City and
Majesty the Queen in vient of the Province of British Columbia
by che Deouty Minister of Energy, Mines and Fetroleum Resources.
