The Mayor and City Council, Corporation of the City of Pert Coquitlam, ‘City Hall, Port Coquitlam, B.C. Dear Sirs: We have applied to the Liquor Administration Board for a General Licence so that we can get an extention of our licence to cover our Auditorium for any functions that we have upstairs. The only advantage to us will be that we will not have to apply for a permit every time that we have a Banquet or other function in the Auditorium and also that we will be allowec to sell beer by the case for off the premises consumption. According to the Liquor Inspector, approval has to be given by the City of Port Coquitlam in principal. Our next step then would be to apply for the General Licence in writing with two sets of blue prints of our Auditorium to the Liquor Administration Board in Victoria, We think that this application for a General Licence will generate a little more revenue for the Branch as all costs have been going up steadily, and as we are restricted to our members and guests only, the Community services that we are trying to support is steadily decreasing due to lack of funds. , There will be no other changes in so far as hours of operation or seating capacity is concerned, Should there: be any further questions that are required for this applicaticn, I will be gled to answer them. Hoping this will meet with approval from City Council, I remain, Yours truly, Royal Canadian Legion #133 4 - 7 + . Lhybert Y C.N. Hiebert Secty-—-Mgr.
