That a 4-way stop intersection be established at Flint Street and
Coquitlam Avenue and that the City Clerk be instructed to amend the Traffic
Regulation Bylaw to reflect this decision.

From the Director of Community Planning, August 9th, 1988 regarding
Mandatory Development Permit No. 55/88 for 1510 Broadway Street.

That City Council adopt a resolution issuing a development permit to
authorized the use of the north west corner of Lot 17, D.L. 231, L.D. 36, NWLD
Plan 11613, except Plan 37387 for parking trucks.

From the Director of Community Planning, August 9th, 1988 regarding
Rezoning Application No. 48/88 for 1190 Pitt River Road.

That City Council direct the Clerk's Office to prepare a bylaw
rezoning Lot A, D.L. 232, Group 1, NWLD Plan 70646 from C.D. to cs-1.

And that a Restrictive Covenant be placed on the property limiting its
use to a gasoline service station and convenience store.

Rezoning Application No. 54/88 for 1861 Harbour Drive.

That City Council direct the Clerk's Office to prepare 4 bylaw
rezoning Lot C, of Block 55, D.L. 232, Group 1, NWLD Plan 5854 from RS-1 to
RS~2.

And That final approval of this rezoning be subject to the applicant
registering an architectural control building scheme covenant on the property.
