From the City Clerk, November 23rd, 1973, stating that at a recent Committee meeting dealing with personnel matters, the position of Parks Superintendent was established and the City Engineer was authorized to appoint Mr. Won Kim thereto under the terms and conditions set out in the City Administrator's recent memoran- dum, and accordingly, the position should now be included in the City's “Assignment of Duties By-law, 1972, No. 1184" » Which can be accomplished by Amending By-law The City Clerk, in his report, pointed out that By-law No. 1291 replaces the current sections 7 and § and adyi- sed that as these sections presently refer te the position of Chief Building Ins~ pector, which has recently been determined by the Labour Relations Board as not presently being a management position, it is therefore appropriate to delete them from the By-law.
