Tha Nuntcipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitiam vill hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chanbers, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B. C. on Monday, March
26th, 1973 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the. follcwing proposed by-laws to anand

tha "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918":
i. By-law to. 1230: To rezone Lots 1 & 2, Block J, Disrrict Lot 255,
Group One, Plan 2106, New Westminster Districc, from RS-2 (Gne-Family
Suburban Residential) to RS-1 (Onz-Family Residential).

This property is located at 1796 Langan Avenue and it is expected
that a ‘single family residence will be constructed thereon following
completion of the rezoning procedures. ,

By~Inw No. 1231: To amend Sections 501 and 502 of the Zoning By-Law

to restrict the "Permitted Use" of One-Family Residential authorized
by Section 501 to the RS-) (One~-Family Residential) zone and R5-2

(One-Family Suburban Residential) zone and to restrict the “Peraitted

Use" of Two-Family Residentisl authorized by Section 301 to tha RS-l

(Ons-Family Residential) zona.
This By-law will affect all property in the City presently zoned Ri-l

(Low-Density Apartment Residential) or RN-2 (Nediun-Density Aparmnent

Residential).
Copies of the proposed By-laws may be inspected in tha Office of the

City Clerk, Port Coquitlam Ciry Hall, at the address given abova, between the
hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - on working days ~ from March 15th to March
26th, 1973.

ALL persone who deen their interest in property affectad by the
proposed by-laws chall be afforded an opportunity to be heard st che Public
