Soccer refs take note TERRACE YOUTH Soccer is preparing for its fast-approaching new season with a trio of courses for officials. The first, an eight-hour recrea- tional soccer referee course, takes place Saturday, April 16 at North- west Community College begin- ning al 9 a.m, The following day the college is again the venue for another eight hour session, this one a Level I ‘Technical course. Finally, there will be a three- day Level Il Technical Friday, April 29 to Sunday, May 1.
