is quickly approaching

Once again, Terrace’s high
schoul volleyball] players
havea busy weekend in front
of them. Skeena Jr.
Secundary Schuol will be
sending five teams to Prince
Rupert fur a volleyball
playday there, and
Caledunia Seniur Secondary
Schvul’s Boys and Girls
volleyball teams will be
travelling te the UBC
campus for the UBC In-
vilational High Schuot
Volleyball Tournament.

Jr. A Boys and Girls teams,
Jr. B Boys and Girls teams,
and a Jr. C Girls squad to
Prince Rupert, where they
will Lake part in a volleyball
playday, with teams from
Kitimat. Prince Rupert,

Aiyansh, and  Hazellon
competing as well, This will
be the final playday uf the
regular volleyball season,
until Nuyember 4th, when
the Jr. A Boys finals will be
held at Skeena Jr, Secondary
Schoul, and the Jr. A Girls
finals will take place at

Thornhill Jr. Secondary
School,
’The Jr. A Buys are

currently in first place in
their division, and Skeena
Athletic Director Tom
Watkinson feels they should
easily win their division.
The Jr. A Girls are in second
place, right behind Kitimat.
