There is enough money in the park DCC fund interest to do the upgrade of the park.
Currently there is $179,540 in the park DCC interest. It should be noted that this account

is updated at the end of each year and therefore the balance will be increased, rather than
what currently shows.

There are sufficient funds available
in the park DCC interest fund.
