Please execute the documents and subdivision plan in the usual registerable form. The Flooding Covenant must be signed in black ink before an Officer. Please make sure all copies of the subdivision plan are executed in the three places where indicated. You may ignore reference to Metropolitan Trust Company of Canada on the subdivision plan.
