1. That the Kinsmen of Port Coquitlam be permitted to construct a
waterpark at Sun Valiey Park in a similar manner as was done
with the construction of the Participark in Robert Hope Park.

That all design work must have pre-approval from the appropriate
City department.

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

Westminster District, located in the 2100 Block Rowland Street, Port
Coquittam, B.C. be sold to Quanta Enterprises Ltd., 2842 Burns Road,
Port Coquitiam, B.C. V3C 3V4 at or for the price or sum of

$11,697.50.

The adjustment date be September 30th, 1987 or earlier.

The possession date be September 30th, 1987 or earlier.
