Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, M.D. Gates, J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, WoW. Stewart and M.R. Wright in attendance. Aliso in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk R.A. Freeman, Director of Community Planning W.A. Brown, City Engineer F.E. Peters, and Secretary S. Rauh. ZONING PUBLIC HEARING: His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay advised the tollowing proposed Bylaws would now be considered: BL/01/87/10/26/01 Bylaw No. 2311: To remove the designation of "Apartment i" shown on Schedule "B" of the "Official Community Pian Bylaw, 1986. No. 2162" as applying to: The 0.7470 ha portion of Lot 1, District Lot 232, Group One Plan 73976, New Westminster District shown within the neavy outline on a plan prepared by VeC. Goudal and Associates, British Columbia Land Surveyors, dated September ase, 23, 1987 and bearing Drawing Number C3857-87D; and to apply the designation of "Residential 1", The property is located at 2145 Nova Scotia Avenue (at Citadel Drive) and the rezoning would permit single family residential development of the property. No one was present to speak at the Zoning Public Hearing. BL/02/87/10/26/02 Bylaw No. 2312 To rezone the 0.7470 ha portion of Lot 1, District Lot 232, Group One Plan 73976, New Westminster District shown within the heavy outline on a plan prepared by V.C. Goudal and Associates, British Columbia Land Surveyors, dated September 23, [987 and bearing Drawing Number C3857-87D; from RS-3 (Estate Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential). The property is located at 2145 Nova Scotia Avenue (at Citadel Drive) and the rezoning would permit single family residential development of the property.
