BYLAW

A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is
more particularly described as:

Parcel "A!"

Block 35

Sw 1/4, Section 6
Township 40
Explanatory Plan 16707
New Westminster

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, “1987, No.
2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Byiaw,
1987, No. 2240 Amendment Bylaw, 1987, No. 2275".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this. tith day of May, 1987.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 11th day of May, 1987.

Public Hearing held this 8th day of June, 1987.

Location of Property Affected:
1268 Prairie Avenue

Purpose of the Bylaw:
To permit the subdivison of the property.
