BYLAW NO. 2223

A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, }n open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which
are more particularly described as:

Parcel A (Reference Plan 1281)

Lot }

District Lot 255

Group One

Plan 1111

Execept part subdivided by Plan 59820 -
New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Singie Family Residential) to RS=1A (Single Family
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for ali purposes as the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1986, No. 2223",

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 15th day of December, 1986.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 15th day of December, 1966.
Public Hearing held this 12th day of January, 1987.
