RECOMMENDATION: That the Clerk's Office be directed to
prepare a bylaw rezoning Lot 40, Block D,

S.W. 1/4, Section 7, Township 40, New
Westminster Olstrict, Plan 25211 from

RS-1 Single Famity to RS=-1 Singie Family
and RS=1A Stngle Family Zaning Districts.

(COMMENTS:

The proposed rezoning and subdivision Is to separate the east
half of the lot fronting onto Toronto Street and to subdivide
it into two 12 metre (40 foot) RS-1A tots. Based on City
Council's policies to provide for Inf!!! subdlviston of estate
size tots and to provide a variety of tot sizes a
recommendation of support [Is belng put forward for this

application,
