Suite. He was found not guilty,but our City Lawyer, Ken Thompson

has appealed the case and Gill will appear in the Appeal Court on
February 12, 1979 at 2 P-m. In the meantime, his house is still being
used for an "Illegal Suite". Nothing can be done till we get the verdict

of the appeal court.

more Illegal Business was noted Operating in the building,again charges — :
will have to be laid to straighten out this intolerable situation.
