the Lieutenant-Governor in Council to make recommendation
redefining the boundaries cf electoral districts so as to
secure proper and effective representation of the people in
all parts of the Province.

The Conwwission has arranged to hold public hearings
throughout the Province commencing in September. Specific
Getails of the hearings for your area will be advertised

in your local newspapers and on the radio. :

The Commission would welcome an expression of your
Council's views at its hearing. If you are unable to be
present at said hearing, you may submit your views by brief
or letter addressed to me as Secretary before -Qctober 20, 1975,

The Court House, Maple Ridge, on Wednesday, September 17, 1975
