(6) Development and Maintenance Standarda:

{a) The location of ali points of ingress and egress to a

loading area shall be subject to the approvel of the City

Engineer,

(b) ALL off-street loading and unloading spaces shall be of

adequate cize, and with ad q th » to

accomzodate the types of vehicles which will be loading

and unloading, but in nO case shall be insufficient to
accommodate « vehicle 30 feet in length, 8 feet in width
and 12 feet in heighc.

(c} ALL loading areas shall be Provided with adequate curbs in
order to retain all vehiclee within euch Permitted loading
areas, and to ensure that required fences, walla, hedges
or lendscsped arass, as well ae eny buildings, will be
protected from parked vehicles,

(4) Each loading space shall be surfaced with an asphalt,
concrete, or gimilar pavement eo as to provide « durable,
dust-free surface, and shell be 80 graded and drained ag
to properly dispose of all surface water,

Any lighting used to illuminate any loading area shall be
80 arranged that all direct vays of light are reflected
upon the loading area, and not on any adjoining prentses."
