By-law No. 1255;- to amend Section 301 of the By-law by inserting immediately after
subsection (02) thereof the following as subsection (A)

"Ca) Permitted Community care Facility Uses:

) Subject to the restrictions hereinafter contained
7 ; @ The Comunity care Facility Uses of “Family Day care, Group Day
care, and Out of School Day care shall be permitted in “the RS-1,
RS-2, RL, RM-2, P-l, p-2 Zz; and AL ZONES, and
(Gt) The Comunity Care. Facility Uses of Preschools, Kindergartens,
| and ‘Nursery Schools shall | be permitted in the Pel and Pe2. ZONE.
(b) Community Care Facility Uses shall be “permitted only § in 1 facdLities
