Dear Sir:

In acknowledgment of your letter of April 20, 1972
with respect to an enquiry received from BACii Development
Company within the District of Coquitlam, I enclose a
copy of my letter of February 24, 1972 on tnis subject
addressed to Mr. Pobst of the District of Coquitlam.

In a situation such as this one where a number of
municipalities may be interested in Crown lands and also
in future develooment of the area we would anticipate
that the municinalities involved tozether with the Greater
Vancouver Regional District would zet together and study
the qiestion of a long ranze plan for the area, We would
anticipate this would be done in this case since we have
kept Sir. Lash of the Regional District of Greater Vancouver
and Mr. South of the iiunicinval Affairs Department
informed of the BCAM interest in the Crown lands in this
areas
