From the Planning & Zoning Committee, March 29th, 1977, recommending that Application R#3-77 for a Land Use Contract to permit the creation of a 3.8 acre subdivision of an M-2 (Heavy Industrial) parcel at 1156 Kingsway Avenue, legally described as Lot 3, Parcels A & B, Sections 17, 18, and 19, B1Lk.6NRLE,Plan 8850 and development thereof as a truck depot with repair facilities, be approved, recognizing the use restriction of the proposed site. It was noted in the Committee's report that approximately 2.4 acres is B.C. Hydro easement, and as no permanent structures or storage on the easement portion is allowed by B.C.
