As there is a shortage of off-street parking on site, the owner is
required to enter into a parking agreement with the City (a current parking
agreement falis short 8 stalis). Ase the site is opposite a Municipal parking
lot and there is substantial street parking in the immediate vicinity, it ia
not anticipated that parking will be a problem.

As the proposed use conforms to the zoning and land use designations for
the site, it is recommended that Council endorse this application to the
Liquor Control and Licencing Branch.
