are hereby conclusively deemed to be for the sole benefit of those lands and
that none of the cost of providing the said works and services shall.
constitute “excess or extended services" as defined by Section 990 of the
Municipal Act.

AND THAT the aforesaid Agreement be and the same is hereby approved and
that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign the same on behalf of the
City and to affix the Corporate seal thereto.

That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit
38/91; and

That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the document, when
completed, subject to;

Ao Satisfaction of the Engineering requirements; and

b. Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of
Planning.
