THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

RBYLAW NO. 2459

A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

l.

Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Colunble
which is more particularly described as:

Lots 7, 8 and 9,

District Lots 231, 232, and 384,
Group One

Plan 11613

New Westminster District

are hereby rezoned from A~1 (Agricultural) to M-1 (General Industrial) and

the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is
hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1989, No. 2459".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 30th day of October, 1989.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 30th day of October, 1989.

Public Hearing held this 20th day of November, 1989.
