The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam invites tenders for the
purchase of the undernoted property:

Lot 32, Block 31, District Lot 464, Group One, Plan 2039, New
Westminster District.

This property is ftocated at 1959 Coquittam Avenue and is 33' x 122' in

size.

This property is presently zoned RS-1.

Tenders must be enclosed In a seated envelope plainly marked on the .

outside "Tender for Coquitiam Avenue Property" and addressed to:

City Clerk,

City of Port Coquittam,
2272 McAllister Avenue,
Port Coquitlam, B.C.

and be in his hands by 12:00 o'ctock noon, Thursday, April JOth, 1986.. Any
tender received after this time wii! be returned unopened as will. all
tenders. inadvertently opened before the closing time as a result of not
being adequately marked on the outside of the sealed envelope as required.

Terms of Sale: ;
1.. A certified cheque In the amount of 10% of the amount offered must

accompany each tender as a deposit and each tender wili be open for

acceptance by the Council! for a period of 30 days. Upon a tender being

‘accepted by the Council the balance of the offered price must be paid
by the successful tenderer within 30 days or as soon thereafter as
requested or the deposit will be forfeited.

The certified cheques of the unsuccessful tenderers will be returned no
jater than 30 days after the closing time specified above.

No real estate commission of any kind whatsoever will be paid by the
City.

Information on services to the property may be obtained from the City's
Engineering Department.

Further information may be obtained from the undersigned.

The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted and the City
reserves the right to waive minor deficiencies in a bonafide tender

received by the closing time.

7. The lowest price that wil! be accepted for the property is $26,500.00.
