Seconded by Alderman DEC 16 1985

WHEREAS by Bylaw No. 2130 of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquittam cited
as the "Yarmouth Street (Plans 1786 and 2092) Road Closure Bylaw, 1985, No. 2150" a
certain portion of Road and Lane therein described located in the City of Port
Coquitiam in the Province of British Columbia was stopped up and closed to traffic;

NOW THEREFORE BE_iT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitlam be authorized to petition the Minister of Municipal Affairs
of the Province of British Columbia Praying on behalf of the City for abandonment of
the said portion of Road and Lane described in Bylaw No. 2150 and the vesting of the
title of thé tand comprising the same in The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitiam.
