WHEREAS by Bylaw No. 2111 of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam clted
as the "Church (Pian 1897) Road Closure Bylaw, 1985, No. 2111" a certaln portion of
Road and Lane therein described located in the City of Port Coquitlam In the Province

of British Columbla was stopped up and closed to traffic;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation ot
the City of Port Coquitlam be authorized to petition the Minister of Municipal Affairs
of the Province of British Columbla praying on behalf of the City for abandonment of
the said portion of Road and Lane described In Bylaw No. 2111 and the vesting of the
title of the land comprising the same In The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam,
