The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam in open
meeting assembled, enacts as fol lows: :

Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which
is more parficularly described as: ,

District Lot 288

Group One

Plan 4667

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from A=1 to M-1 and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port
Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect this

rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for ali purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning.
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1984, No. 2023".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 12th day of March, 1984.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council! this 12th day of March, 1984,

Bylaw No. 2024: to rezone Block 14, District Lots 231 & 288, Group One, Plan

4667, New Westminster District, from A-1 to M=1.

The properties described above are located at 1765 Coast Meridian Road and 1725
Coast Meridian Road and are being rezoned in order that industrial ‘uses permitted
in the M=1 zone may be established on the property and it is expected that
buildings, structures, etc. will ‘be erected thereon.
