A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

The Zone Designations presently assigned to those properties listed in Schedule
"A" to this Bylaw are removed and the Zone Designations indicated on the planof
zoning attached as Schedule "B" +o this Bylaw are applied. Te

Schedule "A; the listing of properties referred to in Section 1; is attached to
this Bylaw and made a part hereof. noe

Schedule "B";.the plan of zoning referred to Section 1 and being a plan prepared
by "Genstar Land Development" titled "Proposed Zoning" and dated July 4th, 1983
being Revision 3 of June, 1983 Drawing No. 720-191 with a metric scale of 1:2000;
is attached. to this Bylaw and made a part hereof. Bo

The Zoning Map of-the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. I6EI" js
hereby amended to refiect this rezoning. _ Soe _
