His Worship Mayor G.R. Laking advised the meeting the following
proposed by~law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law,
1979, No. 1651" would now be considered.

By-law No, 1791:

Lonine Anend To remove the Zone Designation of A-1 assigned to Lot 312 to 326,

(2140 Lincoln) Inclusive, of a Plan of Subdivision in process of Lot 1, Plan 12248 and
Lot D, Plan 21139, both of District Lot 465, Group One, New Westminster
District prepared by Murray and Associates, British Columbla Land Surveyors,
under File No, 6738 and assigning the Zone Designation of RS*] to the
sald property.

The Clty Planner then explained the proposed rezoning stating that
the property ig located on the East side of Shaughnessy Street just
south of Lincols Avenue and has the civie address 2140 Lincoln Avenue
and it is expected that following completion of the rezoning, procedures
the creation of the fifteen Loca under the proposed plun of subdivision
will be finalized and that each lot will be used as the site for a
single family dwelling.

Mra. Diane Yamada, 3660 Edinburgh Streee asked how large the lors
would be and the City Planner advised they would be 5400 square feet in
size with some possibly slightly larger.

The Public Hearing adjourned at 7342 p.m,
