be granted to sell the 1972 Ford Econovan and the 1969 Ford Van;

THAT the former Fire Department rescue truck be used as a shop van;

AND THAT a new van be purchased to replace the 1972 Ford Econovan
at an estimated cost of $7,500.00 with the cost involved to be taken out

of the Equipment Reserve Fund.
