Buildings Corporation.

WHEREAS the District of Coquitlam has passed the "District of
Coquitlam Lease Authorization By-law No. 792, 1977";

AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam desires to enact a By-law complementary thereto;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City
of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. The Municipal Council hereby leases unto the British Columbia
Building Corporation the lands for the period of time and on the terms and
subject to the conditions set out in the following lease hereunto attached and
marked Schedule "A",
2. The Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam aye hereby authcrized to affix the Corporate Seal of the City to
the lease referred to in Section 2.
3. ‘this By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "Justice Building

Lease Authorization By-law, 1977, No. 1560".
