THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM LAND USE CONTRACT SCHEDULE "A" Legal description of the land herein: Lot 18, District Lots 231 and 288, Group One, Plan 4667, New Westminster District THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PCRT COQUITLAM LAND USE CONTRACT SCHEDULE "5" Schedule of permitted land use: Strata Title Units for Industrial use -tonstructed in accord with the plans annexed hereto, which said plans form parr of this Schedule, Subject to the provisions of this Land Use Contract and to the "Strata Titles Act" of the Province of British Columbia, the developsent, use and subdivision of the land and the buildings thereon as a strata subdivision pursuant to the Provisions of the said "Strata Titles Act" may be permicced. Except as otherwise Provided in this Land Use Contract the above noted use shall be permitted to the limit and extent provided in Pare VII of the "City of Port Coquitian Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918" as in force on January 31st, 1977 as if the seid use was occurring on property zoned M-1 (General Industrial) under che said Zoning By-law. A copy of the said Pare VII is annexed hereto and forng part of this Schedule. All buildings and structures shall be constructed strictly in compliance with the provisions of this Land Use Contract and: (a) ALL building and structural plans shall be subjecc to and shall receive the approval of the Council to be expressed by resolution prior to the issuance of aay building permit; and further Minor alterations to the plans so approved by the Council may be permitted and approved by the Building Inspector,
