A By-law to provide for the adoption of a capital expend‘.ture :
programme for a period of five years. , . ; , :
WHEREAS Section 199A of the Municipal Act requires that on or
_ before the fifteenth day of May in each year the Council shail cause to be
prepared and adopt by by-law a capital expenditure programme for a period of = . ,
not less than five years, showing estimates of the proposed source and
application of funds for capital purposes for each year of the programme; ; .
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the
City. of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: . ‘
1 : Schedule "A" to this By~law shall be the capital expenditure
programe of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam for the yeara
1976, 1977, 1978, 1979, and 1980, :
2° . The capital expenditure programe contained in Schedule "4" shall
remain in force and effect until a new five year capital expenditure
programme is adopted in the year 1977. . .

Coquitlam Five Year Capital Expenditure Programme By-law, 1976, No. 1442", ,
