Re: Rezoning Application R#15-74

With reference to the above-noted subject we wish to advise that at the regular
Council meeting held on June 24th, 1974, the following two resolutions were proposed:
1. “That as recommended in a report from the Planning & Zoning Committee, June 12th, 1974,
Application R#1i5-74 to rezone e parcel of land at 2986 Coast Meridian Road from RM~1 (Low-
Density Apartment Residential) to Development Area, be approved in principle; subject to:
1. Submission cf suitable development and landscape plans. |
2. Approval of City Engineer on off-site servicing.
36 Addition of on-site recreational and communal facilities.
4. Reduction of on-site pavement.
5. Retention of on-site natural growth wherever considered to be a necessity." TABLED.

“That the foregoing proposed resolution be tabled until the next Council meeting."
. CARRIED.

You will recall that the Council expressed the desire to see the report on the

development in the City — particularly in the area East of Coast Meridian Road - that you’ _

currently have under preparation.
