The Council will recall that the above-noted By-law authorizes the issuance of
debentures, through the Greater Vancouver Regional District, in the amount of $163,000.00
to finance Local Improvement works completed in 1971 and that the By-law received first »
three readings on August 14th, 1972.
| We are advised by the Department of Municipal Affairs that the By-law has now

received the approval of the Inspector of Municipalities and the same is therefore avail-
