L, Jane, Linda, Darrel, Gillian «Minutes accepted as written -Karen reported on communications, Dennis Doherty has redesigned the Newslecter. [c will cose a little more per issue, advertising will go up a little oo cover this cost. -Jane gave GM report (see her column for details). Membership is currently 378. Staff would like to actend workshops. Jane will prepare a detailed job description, information etc. for new employees; CABC & Guild are sharing a cleaner cwice monthly co do the office cleaning for $12 per hour. Committes reports: -Scudio 5 committee formed of Pat, Karen, Faye and Laura v. d. L -Publications & Marketing: Laura A. presented plans for proposed book and will ask Tam [eving to be part of committee. An elaborate fundraising dinner was discussed by John. Committee to consist of the Guild office so members can acend. -Exhibitions: Carol gave report on OF The Wall +Made in Clay: Jolin proposed a different approach, with no volunteer setup. «Workshops: Gillian requested money to confirm booking John Leach fer March -Qutreach: Les divided map into 6 sections and will coordinate Quereach.
