BYLAW NO. 1954 JUN 43 1983

A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651",
The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam in open meeting assembled, enacts as Follows:
1...) Section 1 of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" is amended by repealing the definition
of "Service Station Use" therein contained and substituting the
Following:
"Service Station use means a use providing for the
dispensing of motor fuels, including gasoline, liquified.
petroleum gas, and. compressed’ natural gas, or

lubricating oils; includes the servicing or repair of
motor vehicles, the sale of automobile accessories;

excludes ail other sales and services."

2. ; Section 37 (1). (k) of the Bylaw is amended by
striking out the words "Gasoline Service Stations" and
substituting therefor the words "Service Stations".

3. Section 38 (1) (a) (iii) of the Bylaw is amended

by striking out the word "Gasoline" and substituting the words

"Motor Fuel".

4, This Bylaw may be cited for all Purposes as the
"City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, -Amendment

Bylaw, 1983, No. 195%",

. Bylaw Nea. to amend the text of the Zaning Bylaw to
include the dispensing of compressed gas fuels with gasoline as
@ permitted use for Service. Stations.
