Committee is recommending the creation of a task force to investigate

this issue and report back by April 30, 1993 so that a direction can
be established before the 1993 summer holidays.

This task force would be asked to investigate a number of items
related to this particular issue. These would include:

1) comments on the cyclical nature of skateboarding
2) comments on whether or not this is a year round concern

3) comments on what are the alternative solution to this
particular issue and what are the related costs

4) comments on the whole liability issue related to
skateboarding
