This estimate is preliminary only. A firm cost cannot be
determined until contract documents are prepared by a Civil
Engineer.

The off-site services requested are not included in the approved
project budget, with the exception of part of the storm sewer Line

in the R.O.W. within the property line.

In the event that a thicker gravel sub-base is required under the
paved areas by site conditions, an additional $30,000 should be
added to the paving sub-total.

We understand you will be meeting with the Municipality to
determine the allocation of costs for the off-site work requested.
