DISCOUNT

The rates and charges provided herein shall be payable at the office of the
City Treasurer and a ten percent (10%) discount shall be applied to that
portion of the total current year's annual sewer rate which has been paid
efore the close of business on the last Friday of March in each year.

SENIOR CITIZEN WAIVER
