Development Permit Application File No. 52/89

THAT City Council adopt a resolution to issue a development permit for
development of the northerly 0.7745 of Lot 23 Plan 24074 and the
southerly of Lot 16, Plan 11613 and part of Lot 23, Plan 24074 all of
D.L. 231, Group 1 NWLD explanatory plan Y121064 |

COMMENTS :

This application is to develop the property at the north east corner of
Broadway Street and Mary Hill Bypass for a equipment rental business. The
site is designated as a mandatory development permit zone, due to its
prominent location along Mary Hill Bypass. Building and landscaping plans
submitted for this project, fit the development permit criteria. Approval of
the application is recommended.
